Derek Liu is Senior Marketing Director at the Core Network Division of Huawei Technologies, overseeing marketing of the company's SmartCDN solutions. Prior to Huawei, Derek worked for Secom China in Beijing, Sprint Canada in Toronto, Cisco Systems and Conviva Networks in Silicon Valley. He has extensive expertise in strategic planning, development, and marketing of CDN products and solutions, with a focus on video delivery. Derek received his BS degree from Peking University, China and Master's from the University of Delaware, USA.
