Franklin obtained a masters degree in Architecture at the Technical university of Delft, followed by a short career as an architect. After this he fulfilled several senior management functions in internet and media related companies. The past 9 years he has worked on innovation in telecom in an international setting.  Media distribution across our networks is his current line of work, distribution both managed and unmanaged, this includes topics like IPTV, mobile TV and internet TV.

He is currently a senior innovation manager for KPN ( www.kpn.com ) chair the board of the BMCO Forum ( www.bmco-forum.org ) and was recently elected to chair the MCD Technical committee in ETSI ( www.etsi.org ).
